If you know that you have a little more to uncover and unpack, this 90-day package is for you. -Clarify your Challenges -Uncover and release from bondages -Devise a Plan to Align with Healing -Affirm a new outcome -Receive support while taking action! Month #1 Helping clients get clarity on what they want their life to look like. Generalizations do not work when results are the goal. My clients will specifically know what they want for the area of life they desire to focus on. Month #2 Helping people build and execute the plan to begin uprooting old programing and planting the new vision for their life. Month #3 Helping clients identify and navigate the new life and opportunities that will emerge. This period is crucial; this is typically the time of self-sabotage; clients enter in new territory and fear entices them to go back to the familiar. We create a plan of action to continue moving forward in your new life. This 90-day coaching package includes: -Intake: The journey starts here. Coach and client meet and learn more about each other. In office or via Zoom. Information is gathered and expectations are clarified. -12 individual sessions • Phone / Zoom / In person (Support over a 90 day period to ensure positive change in thought and behavior). -Weekly call 30-45 minute call (Can be used per month when needed) -Access to Coach via email or text to go over assignments. -Access to community support groups -Access to Couple Counseling at special client rate. -Discounts on workshops or functions hosted by Tracy Life Wellness Appointment Hours: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
