"The TLW Intake is where your journey begins! This initial appointment is an opportunity to meet with the coach who will support and celebrate with you as you embark on this transformative journey. During the session, we’ll: Gather basic information about you and your background. Please provide an overview of our services and packages to identify what best suits your needs. Achieving personal goals can take anywhere from 4 to 24 sessions, depending on the complexity of your challenges. You have the flexibility to choose: A TLW Package (a more economical option). Single sessions scheduled as needed, such as once per month. If you choose a package, your fee will be adjusted to reflect the amount already paid. Invest in yourself—it’s about time! Sessions can be conducted in person or virtually upon request. Please indicate your preference when scheduling."
